What is Emulsified body butter?
Emulsified body butter is a thick, rich, and creamy that contains both oil and water. They're typically richer than a lotion or cream.
The oil and water are emulsified together using an emulsifier, such as beeswax, lecithin, or emulsifying wax. Most of our recipes use emulsifying wax.
How Is the Hydration with Emulsified Body butter?
Emulsified body butters can be very hydrating because the water-based ingredients help the skin absorb moisture.
How is the Stability of Emulsified Body butter when shipped?
Emulsified body butters don't melt in the summer or crumble in the winter, making them easier to use and ship.
What is the difference between emulsified body butter and whipped body butter?
The key difference is right in the name; an emulsified body butter is emulsified (so it contains both oil and water), while our whipped body butter is anhydrous (or water-free) and is formulated and whipped with oils and solid butters.
How do I use your products?
Body Butter: Apply daily to quickly rejuvenate dry skin and hands. To seal in moisture and for best results, apply directly after bathing or showering before bed.
Body Scrub: Apply desired amount to palm and massage gently onto your body using circular motions to remove dead skin cells. Allow the scrub to sit on your skin for a bit. Rinse off thoroughly and pat dry, or, to seal in moisture, follow-up with a with our body butter.
Do not use on broken skin.
Do your products contain emulsifiers and/or preservatives?
Using as many natural and organic ingredients as possible is, and will always be, a main priority for us.
Because our emulsified body butter contains water and our scrubs may come into contact with water while being used in the shower/bath, we must add emulsifiers and preservatives to these product formulations. Keeping our mission in mind, though, we made sure to use only naturally derived options that meet COSMOS and ECOCERT standards.

Orders + Refunds
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please note that we aim to process orders very quickly once placed, so the window to edit or cancel is 1hr after the order is placed. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email or live chat with us ASAP, and we'll try our best to help you with your request.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Please email or live chat with your order number and new address as soon as possible, and we'll try our best to process your request! Unfortunately, if you've received a tracking email, your order has already been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. You would then need to reach out to the carrier.

What is your refund policy?
For product and health safety reasons, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds (this includes gift cards). For items damaged in transit, we do offer product replacements. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with photos of what you received.

How long will my order take to ship?
Kindly allow 3-5 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and major holidays). Upon dispatch, an email will be sent with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and support!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Secure complimentary shipping for any US order totalling over $100.
What if my package gets returned?
If your package gets returned to sender, we'll contact you to rearrange shipping. (Note: You'll need to confirm your address and pay for shipping again, which may be more expensive than your original payment.)
My order was marked as delivered, but I cannot locate it. What should I do?
Examine all areas: front & back doors, porches, side doors, garage, & neighbors. Packages might show as delivered 24-48 hours early. If still missing after 48 hours, contact mail carrier. If lost, file claim with carrier as they're accountable for delivery.
What type of Packaging do you use?
We aim to utilize the most sustainable packaging options. Jars mainly consist of glass, along with eco-friendly Wheat Straw, and biodegradable jars and bottles.
Packaging & shipping materials include cardboard boxes and eco-friendly foam for protection. We strive to minimize the use of plastic or eliminate it altogether.
Discounts + Rewards
Do you offer an incentive to recycle your Jars or for product refills?
We offer product refills at a discount for customers who have purchased our Body Butter or Body Scrub. Contact us for a dedicated promo code to use for your refill orders.
What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
Promo codes should be added during order placement. Unfortunately, adjustments cannot be made once the order is completed.
I have a discount code, but how do I add that to my order?
To apply a discount code, input it in the 'Discount code or gift card' field during checkout. Remember, only one discount code is valid per order.
Can I use more than one discount code for the same order?
Only one discount code is permitted per order.
