Refund policy
Ensure you conduct your due diligence by reading before ordering.
For product and health safety reasons, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds (this includes gift cards).
Under specific reviewed circumstances, a store credit could be provided.
For items damaged in transit, we do offer product replacements or store credit if out of stock. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos of what you received and file a claim with the carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty/Body/Hair products). We are open to review on a case by case matter. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. HERE
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, Final sale items or gift cards.
Cancel, Edit (Exchange) Order
Please note that we aim to process orders very quickly once placed, so the window to edit or cancel is 1hr after the order is placed. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email or live chat with us ASAP, and we'll try our best to help you with your request. Once shipped we are unable to cancel or edit (Exchange) your order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved on a cases by case basis, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
